How to Order

  • Simple, Personal, and Straightforward

    At Rich Fabrics Cornwall, we like to keep things easy — no complicated checkout or endless product listings. Every order is handled personally by us, ensuring you get exactly what you want and only pay what’s fair.

  • How to Place an Order

    You can order with us through any of these three ways:

    Send us a message with:

    • The fabric you’d like (a photo or screenshot helps!)
    • How many metres you need
    • Your delivery postcode

    We’ll reply with a confirmation, your total (including postage), and a secure link to pay through our website.

  • Ordering During Live Fabric Events

    When we go live on Facebook (starting January 2026), each fabric will appear on our website as it’s being shown and described.

    Every listing will go live the moment we start talking about that fabric, and will stay available for around 48–72 hours — or until it sells out.

    You can order directly on the website while watching the Live — just add your chosen fabrics to your basket and check out as usual.

    We'll spend time on each fabric, showing and describing it, so there’s plenty of time to see it properly, ask questions in the comments, and complete your order online before we move on to the next one.

    Once you’ve checked out, we’ll cut and dispatch your order within 2–4 working days.

  • Payments

    Payments are made securely through a checkout link on our website.

    We also accept bank transfer for returning customers if preferred — just message us to arrange it.

  • Shipping

    We currently ship within the UK only.

    Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days of payment, and you’ll receive confirmation once your parcel is on the way

  • Other Enquiries

    We don’t offer alteration or sewing services.

    However, we do welcome enquiries about fabric clearances, retired seamstresses’ stock, or collections from loved ones who’ve passed — we handle every situation respectfully and are always happy to help.
