Refund policy

Cancellations

You may normally cancel your order for any reason up to the point that fabric is cut. Orders for cutting will be printed Monday at 5pm so no cancelations accepted after that time. 

If you do cancel the order within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

Returns

We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any goods which have been cut to a specific length except where the item is faulty. If you are not entirely delighted with a pre cut product that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at our option, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.

 

Marking Returns
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
