We currently only offer shipping within the United Kingdom, but plan to expand further afield in due course — once we’ve figured it all out!

We use an app that automatically merges your weekly orders.

If you place more than one order in a week, we’ll refund any extra postage when your items are fulfilled — always saving you money where we can.

We currently dispatch orders within 2–4 working days of receiving payment.

If a fabric is stored at our market stall, it’s usually cut and sent the same day.

If it’s at our lock-up, dispatch may take a little longer — but we’ll always let you know if there’s any delay.

All delivery dates are estimated and may vary slightly depending on courier times or stock location.

We can’t accept liability for delays beyond our control, but we always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Because all fabric is cut to order, cancellations aren’t usually possible once payment has been made.

If you contact us immediately after placing your order and the fabric hasn’t been cut yet, we’ll do our best to help — but we can’t guarantee changes once cutting has begun.

If you need to amend an order, please message us straight away via Facebook, Instagram, or email — we’ll always try to accommodate where we can.

As fabrics are cut to your chosen length, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges except where the item is faulty.

If you purchase a pre-cut product, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unused, complete, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.

We’ll happily exchange it or, at our discretion, refund you.

Students enjoy 10 % off every Thursday and Friday when ordering through our live fabric sales.

Simply mention your student status when ordering and have your ID ready if requested.
