We will be shipping further afield in due course, once we have figured it out!

We have an app that will merge your orders so you can place multiple weekly orders and you will be refunded the extra postage when your order is fulfilled.

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery. Customers will be notified if items will take longer than this, this will usually be for bespoke items and out of stock items.

Cancellations

You may normally cancel your order for any reason up to the point that fabric is cut. Orders for cutting will be printed Monday at 5pm so no cancelations accepted after that time.

If you do cancel the order within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

UK deliveries will be charged at £4.99 for orders under £75. Orders over £75 will qualify for free UK delivery.

We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any goods which have been cut to a specific length except where the item is faulty. If you are not entirely delighted with a pre cut product that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at our option, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.
