A wonderfully cheerful floral French Terry from POPPY Europe, packed with colour and perfect for bright, comfortable clothing.

Colourful Flowers features a lively all-over scattering of stylised flowers and decorative dotted sprigs across a rich teal background. Shades of pink, raspberry, orange, mustard yellow, pale mint and cream create a wonderfully vibrant design, with the small-scale floral pattern giving the fabric plenty of interest without overwhelming a finished garment.

Made from 95% cotton with 5% elastane, this soft French Terry has comfortable stretch while retaining the breathable, cotton-rich feel that makes this fabric so versatile. It is also OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified.

The cotton-rich French Terry construction gives this fabric a lovely combination of softness, breathability and comfort, while the added elastane provides useful stretch and flexibility.

Sewing & Care Notes

• Pre-wash before sewing

• Machine wash at 30°C

• Wash with similar colours

• Cool to medium iron

• Ballpoint or stretch needle recommended

• Use a stretch stitch or overlocker where appropriate

• Avoid stretching the fabric while sewing

• Cotton-rich fabrics may shrink slightly on first wash

French Terry is a comfortable knitted fabric with a smooth face and characteristic looped construction on the reverse.

It sits between lighter cotton jersey and heavier sweatshirt fabrics, giving you softness and comfort without excessive bulk.
