• Gentle machine wash at 30°C recommended

• Wash inside out to protect the print

• Avoid high heat and tumble drying until fibre content is confirmed

• Low iron on reverse; avoid direct heat on print

• Ballpoint or stretch sewing needle recommended

• Use a stretch stitch or narrow zigzag

• Overlocker suitable if available

• Avoid stretching fabric while sewing

• Allow for possible shrinkage on first wash
