The design uses skull and crossbones motifs in different sizes and orientations, giving the print a random, lively appearance rather than a rigid repeat. The bright orange absolutely jumps out against the black base, creating a bold high-contrast design with an unmistakably Halloween feel.

At approximately 163gsm, this is a useful mediumweight fabric with more substance than a lightweight dressmaking polyester while still remaining manageable and versatile for sewing.
