MOSS BRONZE BRODERIE TAFFETA – EMBROIDERED BORDER POLYESTER FABRIC – 150cm WIDE

A striking broderie taffeta with a beautiful colour-shifting finish and an ornate embroidered border running along one edge.

The fabric has a moss green appearance that changes dramatically as it catches the light, shifting through bronze, antique gold, deep olive and darker shadowy tones depending on the angle. Its lustrous taffeta surface really brings this changeable colour effect to life.

Along one edge is an elaborate embroidered border featuring sweeping paisley-inspired motifs, tiny floral details and a decorative scalloped edge. Smaller embroidered motifs are scattered above the main border, creating a fabric with plenty of detail while still allowing the dramatic taffeta background to shine.

A really unusual statement fabric where both the colour and the embroidery deserve to be shown off.

Although lightweight by GSM, the crisp taffeta construction gives this fabric more body and structure than a soft lightweight dressmaking fabric. It holds shape beautifully while remaining relatively light.
