MULBERRY HERRINGBONE – WOOL MIX FABRIC – 155cm WIDE
MULBERRY HERRINGBONE – WOOL MIX FABRIC – 155cm WIDE
all prices are per metre, orders of more than 1 metre will be supplied in a continuous length.
A classic wool mix fabric with a beautifully defined fine herringbone weave in natural cream and muted mulberry tones.
The alternating diagonal weave creates the distinctive V-shaped herringbone pattern across the fabric, giving it plenty of visual texture without feeling overly bold. The combination of the warm natural yarn and deep muted mulberry gives this traditional weave a softer, slightly more contemporary feel.
At approximately 243gsm, this is a versatile mediumweight wool mix with a substantial woven handle and enough structure for garments while still retaining movement.

New To Herringbone Wool Mix Fabrics?
Herringbone is a distinctive woven construction created using alternating diagonal lines that meet to form a repeating V-shaped pattern.
It is a traditional weave often associated with tailoring and outerwear, but mediumweight herringbones can be extremely versatile and work beautifully for skirts, waistcoats, trousers, bags and many other sewing projects.
A wool mix combines some of the characteristic warmth and texture associated with wool with other fibres, creating a practical and versatile fabric.
