Sewing & Care Notes

• Pre-wash before sewing

• Machine wash at 30–40°C

• Cool iron if required

• Use a stretch or ballpoint needle

• Overlocker recommended but not essential

• Cotton may shrink slightly on first wash

• Avoid overstretching whilst sewing
