This fabric has that timeless satin look — smooth on the surface with a luxurious sheen and fluid movement that makes it perfect for dressmaking, costume work, event décor and display projects.
Despite its elegant appearance, polyester satin is also durable, crease-resistant and easy to care for compared to silk satin, making it a really versatile fabric for both beginners and experienced sewists.

Sewing & Care Notes
• Satin can be slightly slippery when cutting and sewing
• Sharp scissors or a rotary cutter help achieve cleaner edges
• Use fine pins or clips to avoid marking the fabric
• Machine wash at 30°C
• Do not tumble dry
• Iron carefully on a low heat on the reverse side
