A wonderfully quirky 100% cotton fabric from Designers Guild, featuring playful chickens and ducks scattered across a layered gingham-style check.
The Rosecomb design takes a classic country-inspired check and gives it a fun contemporary twist, with stylised chickens and ducks appearing across the fabric. Even the birds contain their own tiny checked patterns, creating layers of pattern and detail across the design.
Available in two distinct colourways: Peony combines vibrant pink with soft grey and white, while Apple uses fresh apple green, brighter green and soft grey against white.
At approximately 220gsm, this is a substantial medium-weight cotton with a smooth handle and useful body, making it particularly versatile for home décor, accessories and practical sewing projects as well as selected dressmaking.
