Yellow Flower Print Cotton Poplin – 3 Metre Piece (142cm / 56" Wide)

This is a beautiful quality cotton poplin with a yellow flower print – smooth, crisp and surprisingly soft for a poplin. It has that classic poplin structure but with a nicer drape than many standard craft cottons, which is why our customers keep coming back for it.

At approx. 142cm / 56" wide, it’s a little wider than many quilting/craft poplins, giving you more pieces out of each length. At around 110gsm, it sits in our very light–light weight band – perfect for dresses, shirts and children’s wear without feeling stiff or heavy.

Each listing is for a 3 metre piece, which is a really useful length for full garments, matching sets or a mix of smaller projects.

Sewing & care notes

• Pre-wash before cutting to allow for natural cotton shrinkage

• Wash at 30–40°C with similar colours

• Line dry where possible

• Press with a warm to hot iron and steam for a lovely crisp finish

• Use a standard universal needle (70/10–80/12)
